PROCESS 

One indoor furniture product must be treated through many steps, especially from importing raw material. We are using material such as pine imports from New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, cajuput and rubber in Vietnam or importing from Cambodia. Raw materials must be meet standard criterions as: humidity must below 10%, already treat insect, without any crevasses or mildewy …  Raw material of bamboo, reed, water hyacinth must be supplied from The Traditional Trade Village. 

 STEP 1: Preliminary treatment

Store material, classify base on suitable thick to product then transfer to preliminary treatment include: cut and smooth

 Other material like bamboo, reed, water hyacinth are treated by bushed to paint PU to avoid mildewy.

 STEP 2: Forming

Forming product include: Toubi milling, Router, drill, treating raw surface.

 STEP 3: Assembling

After forming details and verifying carefully the surface, the apart will be transfer to assembling step.

 Component part of products will be assembled by tenon, strengthen by glue and nail

 STEP 4: Brush to paint

 Next, transfer product to the painted room for small brush to paint inclusive following stp:

Filler

Small brush to paint PU or AC (2times)

Return the product to sanding treatment

 Repeat 2times or more until the product is accepted by QC then transfer to Finishing step

 STEP 5: Finishing

After treatment carefully product is transferred to painted room to finishing including:

Stain

Brush to completed paint PU or AC

 STEP 6: packing

Drying within 24hours then transfer to packing step, including:

 Covering product by foam layer

5layers Carton wrapping

Strengthen wrapping corner by Carton or foam
